  • To be your best self it is useful to know your true self. To change your mind, it is best to start by getting to know the nature of your own mind. Our mindfullness program will put you in touch with the you, that you never knew. You will learn to recognise your natural sense of presence and awareness and realise, from this position you can act, learn and play in a way that enhances all your activities and relationships. This approach draws upon a combination of Japanese Zen meditation and self-enquiry techniques.
  • This is a 6 week program, delivered face-to-face or online, in a group or one-to-one. You will learn the art of mindfullness and develop your own practice that will benefit every area of life. Our program includes a set of audios to guide your ongoing practice of those powerfull mindfullness techniques.
